What an excellent morning – really enjoyed myself. Ann was very informative, and accommodating of our various ideas. The group of fellow attendees were great. We made some lovely pieces of glass work, some Christmassy and some not so much… all of our own choice. The variety of materials to work with, and tools supplied, was excellent. I strongly recommend you give it a go; artistic flair not a necessity!! Thank you Ann 🙂

What a fantastic morning we had. Ann was so welcoming and made us all feel relaxed. I made 3 different pieces during the session. I am looking forward to see how they turn out! I enjoyed it so much I have booked on the Xmas fused glass workshop too. I would recommend this workshop without a doubt., it is relaxed, fun and you achieve so much in the one session. Valentines-Themed Fused Glass Workshops
Come and enjoy one of our fun fused glass workshops.
This is a mini, taster workshop which runs for 3 hours (morning or afternoon)
This workshop will teach you:
- How to safely cut the glass and not yourself!
- How to assemble powdered glass, frit, stringer and more into your chosen designs.
You’ll make at least 3 great Valentines items and possibly more, depending how fast you work and the designs you choose. Here are just a couple – you’re only limited by your imagination!
The workshop fee includes:
- All materials and use of tools
- Full tuition
- Kiln-firing your pieces, often twice – once to fuse and once to slump if you’re making a 3-D piece
- Refreshments on tap
All inclusive ~ £40.00
**Please note – firing takes a minimum of 24 hours so you won’t be able to take your work home with you. If you’re local, you’ll be contacted when they’re ready to collect. If you’re not local, your pieces will be carefully packaged and sent to you. Regretfully, this carries a £10.00 extra charge towards shipping costs.**
