Fused Glass Open Workshops
Our Open Workshops are ideal for those who have been to one of our taster sessions and would like to develop their fused work a bit further.
This runs for 3 hours, and is more informal than the other workshops we run. There is no set teaching as such, although you will be supported right through making whatever you choose to create. You can let your imagination fly and make whatever fused glass items you like (with some limits!)
You may need to cut your own glass, so should have previous experience of that. Otherwise, you’ll be using frit, stringer, powders and other glassy toys.
If you think you may need glass cutting for you, larger pieces of glass, specific colours or special glass please get in touch to have a chat before you book to make sure we have stocks. We can also tell you if any extra charges are applicable and how much these will be.
- The usual amounts of glass available in our basic workshops and use of tools. Any special glass requirements you have over and above this will be charged at cost in addition.

- Kiln-firing your pieces, up to 3 firings
