2-Day Intermediate Bookbinding Course

Digital may be king today, but there will always be a place in the world for real books with pages and covers.

There are few crafts more satisfying than making your own beautiful traditionally bound books.

This course will teach you the skills needed to create your own beautiful 260-page note book with a **Half-Leather** binding, which also makes a fabulous gift (if you can bear to part with it!!) These skills can then be used to make almost any size of book.

The book is made totally from scratch with traditional techniques and uses the best quality papers, greyboard, linen thread and real goatskin leather. Each step is explained and demonstrated thoroughly.

If you wish, you can also purchase a kit of tools, full instructions and materials to take home to make another lovely book. 

The fee for the 2-day workshop includes:
